Our Aim
The Club strives to provide a safe/secure, friendly and relaxing child centred learning environment. Children are supervised and observed by experienced and qualified staff. Staff provide a wide range of activities, including creative arts and crafts, sewing, outdoor play, sports and games to reflect the interests of the children in our care.
What the club offers
Our Club links in with the Early Years and Foundation Stage and follows the Play
Work Principles, so children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. There will always be a selection of activities and resources available including dressing up, crafts, board games, construction, physical play, reading and drawing. In addition, other resources are available for the children upon request.

Allocations
Place allocation and the waiting list is operated on the following basis:
1. All current children are guaranteed their current session(s)/place
2. All children who will be in Reception class in September are guaranteed a place for the academic year
3. Year 1 places, siblings are guaranteed the same day(s), as their attending sibling, remaining places are offered following the order registration forms are received.
4. Big Owls children (going into years 2-6) on the waiting list
5. New users and current users requesting additional days will be added to the waiting list in order the forms are returned.
Prices for September 2026 – July 2027
Early Birds: £7.50 per child (per session)
Owl Club: £12.50 per child (per session)
Collection and drop offs
Early Birds – All children black gates on Nicolas Road and into the building (next to year 1 playground). Please wait with your child/ren until signed in on the register.
Owl Club Big Owls including Year 1 children – Black gates on Nicolas Road and into the building (next to year 1 playground). Please sign your child/ren out on the register.
Owl Club Little Owls – Red gates on Nicolas Road and into the reception building. Please sign your child/ren out on the register.
